My superpower, if you want to call it that: I speak Business, Tech, and User fluently. Not because I learned to translate, but because I'm genuinely interested in all three. That makes me useful in rooms where people usually talk past each other.
I'm at my best when things are still tangled, the problem isn't fully defined and the path forward isn't obvious. That's where I dig in. Fast. I pick up complex domains quickly, ask the questions others skip, and find the thread that pulls everything together.
And that doesn't stop at the work itself. I care about the people doing it. I listen and I help teams cut through the noise to focus on what actually matters. Whether that's finding the right angle on a problem or figuring out where someone wants to take their career.
When I'm not working, you'll find me either in the mountains or out on the water. I'm a huge nature lover and enjoy these breaks to recharge my batteries for my everyday life.

I listen before I design. Understanding what people truly need — not just what they say they want. I translate complex requirements into clear design decisions, and quality isn't something I add at the end. It's baked into how I work from day one.
Empathy as a working mode.
I'm solution-oriented by nature. I quickly grasp the bigger picture, which lets me stay grounded while others are still finding their footing. My approach is pragmatic and hands-on: I'd rather ship something real and iterate than perfect something hypothetical. And I always keep one eye on the whole, even when working on the parts.
Clarity through context.
I'm at my best when I'm connecting people, perspectives, and ideas. I act as a natural connector between business, technology & users and translate between worlds that often talk past each other. I moderate, facilitate, and create the conditions for real collaboration, not just coordination. I spot synergies others miss, and make sure no valuable insight gets lost between the silos.
The glue between disciplines.
AI isn't a feature — it's a fundamental shift in how products are built and experienced. I embrace this change as a designer: using AI to accelerate research, generate and test ideas faster, and focus human creativity where it matters most. I stay curious about what's emerging, and I'm convinced that the designers who thrive won't be those who resist the shift but those who shape it.
